Billing echocardiogram so with leased equipment

Can a private physician's office bill for the technical portion of an echocardiogram if the ultrasound machine is leased? The machine is in the physician's office when being used. The contract for the lease of the machine will include maintenance and repair clauses. The sonographer using the machine will be an employee of the physician's office whom is seeing the patient and billing for office consult.
