Laparoscopic fenestration of liver cyst

Good afternoon,
What CPT® code would you report for this procedure? I am leaning toward 47379 (unlisted).

Also for purposes of creating a "pseudocode" what would be a comparable procedure?

Thanks in advance.

re: Laparoscopic fenestration of liver cyst

What about CPT® code 47010.

Hepatotomy, for open drainage of abscess or cyst, 1 or 2 stages

The physician incises the liver to drain an abscess or a cyst, sometimes taking one or two stages. The physician exposes the liver via an upper midline incision. The cyst is incised and suctioned with care to not contaminate the abdomen with purulent matter. Cultures and pathology are sent in a separately reported activity. The incision is closed.
