Chronic headache

I have been coding CHRONIC HEADACHE as 784.0 and the chronic code 338.29
Is this correct?

You may need clarification on the type of headache it is...chronic tension; chronic cluster; chronic post traumatic. And there are codes for headache syndromes also.
These dont need the chronic pain code when you use them.
