OB patient transfer

I have been able to locate information for OB patients who are transferring out of the practice, and how to bill, but I have a patient who has transferred into the practice. Her 1st visit was 7-1-09 and she delivered 9-24-09. We saw her for 9 visits.

I am confused, do I bill the "global" charge 59400 or, do I break down visits? If anyone could offer any assistance or advice, I would greatly appreciate it.
