Pt complains of ear plugged. So, doc did an ear irrigation. He also removed a sking tag on the same day of service. Can I use mod. 59? thanks!

Doc used hydrogen peroxide to wash the ear wax. So, I can't code that as ear irrigation? The only thing I can code is for the skin tag removal?
