93880 & 93886

Medicare reducing the payment for 93880 when it is billed with 93886 does anyone know a resolution to this issue?

From January 01, 2013 CMS is applying MPPR Multiple Procedure Payment Reduction (MPPR) on the Technical Component (TC) of
Diagnostic Cardiovascular and Ophthalmology Procedures

The MPPR is applied when multiple services are furnished to the same patient on the same day.
