new nerve conduction codes 2013

These codes changed this year. Has anyone billed any out yet? Mainly to medicare, the private insurances are not recognizing them yet.
Any feedback would be great.

Actually, tricare is using the new codes- 95907-95913. Don't know about other ins. cos.
