Does anybody know the code for PERIVASCULAR DERMATITIS, TRAUMATIZED & EXCORIATED? Can I use 692.9 (Dermatitis- Unspecified cause)? Thanks!

Yes, I would also possibly include ICD 698.4 - neurotic excoriation. If you are not the Dr. I would double-check about adding it.
