J pouch ileoanal anastomosis for dilation of stricture

Physician takes patient to surgery for pouchoscopy, withdraws scope & dilates j pouch anastomosis stricture with maloney. Can we bill CPT® 44385 & 45905 together? Both CPT® codes state separate procedures or should we just bill unlised CPT® 44799? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
