coding a nasolabial flap repair

How would you code a nasolabial flap repair? This seems very similiar to the forehead flap repair, only tissue from the cheek was used instead of the forhead. This was to be a two stage procedure. Also, can anyone recommend a good book that would help in coding these type of repairs?
