When can we submit ICD10code? from now or 2011?

Dear,
I am very new in private practice, and spending lots of time learing ICD9 code. Thus want to learn ICD 10 , instead ICD 9 if it is possible.
When can I start submitting ICD 10?
Can I submit mixed ICD9 and ICD10 for now?
