help CPT® coding E/M office visits
I was wondering if anybody had any good places to find articles/charts on office based E/M coding for physicians. If there is any kind of easy chart to give the doctors to help them decide which is the best way to code their visits. I know the CPT® book has info just trying to see if there is anything easier for 99202-99205 & 99212-99215 Thank you
