Mechanical Lumbar Instability

Does anyone know what code can be used for the Dx Mechanical Lumbar Instability? Instability and disease take me to 724.6 and disorder takes me to 724.6. The surgery I am coding is only the lumbar region and I was wondering if there was a better code I could use.
