Pain management in podiatry

In podiatry, I WAS coded 64450-RT J3301 J0670 96372-59 X 2 J1100 J3420 The CPT® 64450 - Injection, anesthetic agent; other peripheral nerve or branch.So that i given steroid with anaesthetic agent injections for 64450 and in some cases j1100 also inclusive. for j3420 i given 96372 admin with 59 modifier as per CCI edit rule.

In podiatry guide page no:7 states, Any time you bill injection services other than therapeutic musculoskeletal injections, bill the administration code (96372–99379) in addition to the appropriate HCPCS code for the medication and dosage being injected. Kindly clarify whether we should use 96372 seperately for J3420 in this scenario?
