FNA Coding

We do ultrasounds and FNA's in our office (not hospital). Sometimes it is just the ultrasound, sometimes it is the ultrasound with biopsy. We own the ultrasound equipment. We use 10022, 76536 and 76942. When do we use the TC and 26 modifiers? When (and how) can we bill for multiple nodules?
