critical care code 99291 and 99285

Hello!

Can you bill for critical care code 99291 and e/m 99285? If so, do I need to add modifier to either/both? 25 or 27??
Heres a little bit of back ground: pt brought to ER unresponsive. CPR started, pt intubated, IV's, labs, etc.
