J1030 Modifier?
I have recently received some denials stating that the CPT® code J1030 requires a modifier however I can not find anythinf related to this anywhere online and this requiring a modifier. Please help!

Have never used a modifier on an injection code.

I haven't heard of needing a modifier on the medication.
Some payers require modifier 25 on an E/M when an injection is given.

There are several modifiers that can be reported, although most payers do not require them. Check modifier JB.
