septic arthritis

pt had septic arthritis and removal of tatal knee arthroplasty with insertion of antibiotic spacer. Pt has now returned for spacer removal with revision of total knee replacement. I know how to code the procedure, what I am not sure is what diagnosis code do I use?

Dia code for Septic Arthritis Knee is 711.06 and Aftercare following joint replacement V54.81 & V43.65..Hope this will help
