Do you have any information on 96110 denying with office visit. The payer is Humana.

Humana denies alot. I checked the CCI edits on AMA Codemanager and there are no conflicts. Try using Mod 25 on the E/M and send records with it..

According to the AAP you append modiifer 59 to the 96110 if it is a distinct service with proper documentation.
