***pre-admission screenings for rehab***

I have a doctor who on the same dates of service did a pre-admission screening and a post-admission rehab evaluation (rehab H&P). Can I code both?

On a different patient the doctor did a consult on 7/12 and then he did a pre-admission screening on 7/15. Can I code both of these?
