Unable to get paid for H2000 & H1002

These CPTs are being denied as invalid CPT/HCPCS codes by UHC and sometimes BCBS too.. Can anybody help me out..

I believe these have a status indicator of Invalid in the Medicare Fee Schedule. I would call the payer and talk to them. Many payers won't recognize codes with this status indicator. See if the service you are performing has valid CPT® codes.
