nurse ONLY visit

I have a Mcare patient that came in for blood work plus she decided to get a flu shot. Should I code the visit with a 99211 OR should I just leave the visit with all the appropriate codes of 36415 for Lab work, G0008 and Q2038 for Flu Shot?
