radical discectomy

My physican did an anterior lumbar interbody fusion @ L4-L5. with a radical discectomy. I am having a problem finding the code for a radical discectomy. anybody that can help it will be greatly appreciated... thank you, Toni

CPT 22558 says "including disectomy" so there is no separate coding for this activity - it is included in 22558.
