Egd with diltation

Dr. did an EGD w/ dilitation, unguided bougie.
I have coded this as: EGD - 43235 and the dilitation - 43450 -59.
I am questioning this now after I read the NCCI edits. You cannot bill the 43450 with 43235. Is this correct?
