New Consult Rules from CMS

New consult rules: which modifier

I've gotten a few calls/emails about what modifier the admitting physician will use for the initial hospital service. It is not in the final rule by my quick reading. (The rule is 1668 pages long, but I searched for "modifier" in it.

We can expect CMS to issue a MedLearn Matters article and when they do, I'll update everyone.
