Replacement of a Lap Band port

I am looking for the CPT® code for the replacement of a Lap Band port because it was cracked and leaking.

I found CPT® 43659 but it states to use this for removal and replacement of gastric band and port components.

Any help would be great.

43659 is the only choice since it is a unlisted CPT® there is no need of adding Modifier 52.
