Colonoscopy procedure code

Is it fraud to use procedure code 45385 & 44392-51 if medical records stated the physician entered through the rectum found polpys, snare, and fulgration took place and the instrument was withdrawn? or should you use 45385 & 45383 ?

correction to my previous question...can use procedure code 45383 & 44392 is this fraud. Also is the procedure code 44392 and 44394 are supposed to be used only if the procedure was performed via stoma ? I was told this and I'm not sure if this is correct
