Billing Medicare Part A outpatient hospital all in one code

I am billing Medicare Part A Outpatient hospital the all in one code (G0463) can I bill for a urine dip or accucheck (81000, 82948, 82270) along with the all in one code? I am getting denied as "benefit is included in another service..."
