Place of service for Swing Bed Professional Fee billin

Good afternoon,

We are a small rural hospital with a swingbed unit. There seems to be some confusion as to what "place of service" should be used when billing 99304-99318. I believe it shoujld be a 32 but seem to be getting some push back regarding it. I have a crosswalk that said if we bill the UB using a type of bill 181 we should use a 21 as a place of service but that is incorrect.

Can anyone provide insight into this matter?
