Posting an Article

Good morning,
Three weeks ago, I submitted an article to be posted on the forum, "ICD-10: The Wave (or Tsunami) of the Future." It has not yet been posted and is shown to be still under review. I've never had an article take this long to be posted on the forum, and I was wondering if I had done something wrong. If so, I certainly want to correct my mistake and avoid the problem in the future. If you simply have not had time to finish reviewing the article, then I understand.
