PLEASE HELP!! icd-9/icd-10

we are having icd-9 code denials on claims we submitted yesterday, has icd-10 gone into effect or are some insurances using it already?

Icd-10

ICD-10 does not officially go into effect until 2013. I know that they have begun training for it already, but insurance companies should not be implementing the use of these codes yet.
