Is there something new for ASC's when patients are having an EGD and Bravo. Can the ASC bill for the reading of the PH Monitor with a TC Modifier?

The facility cannot bill but the provider can with code 91035/26. Tc is the technical component. I would bill place of service 11 for the office.
