Laceration follow-up

A patient comes in for forehead laceration and had stitches placed. I coded the visit with just 12052 since thats the only thing he came in for. I did not do an E/m office visit code. The patient comes back the next day for his wound check. Would I have to use an E/M code only or is this included in the global? Which code would have been more appropriate? Thanks!
