Claviculectomy

In our office, we have been taught that in order to bill 29824 Arthrscopic Claviculectomy, you have to document how much of the clavicle was removed to to state. I have seen this documented before, but I am unable to locate it at this time. Does any one know where this is referenced?
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
