Help - Arthroplasthy 27442

My surgeon wants to bill 27442 twice on the same knee.

He describes resurfacing medial femoral condyle and resurfacing lateral femeral condyle both on right knee as well as 29880 right knee. I do not think it is appropriate to report 27442 twice on same knee the description states femoral conyles. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
