what CPT® can be billed for the follow up visit when pt came in for a thyroid whole body scan (78018) and came back whithin 3-5 days for a f/u?

PT came for athyroid whole body scan cpt78018 and contrast was charged and 4 days later another 78018 with no contrast was charged. what I need to know is if there is a CPT® code for the follow up visit or if that cannot becharged?

If scanning is performed over several days, report code 78018 only once.
