Thanks for responding. Unfortunately when we bill the two together the reimburse is extremely low. However, when we bill for J2505 alone the reimbursement is high. I'm looking for clarification.

There is something wrong, then. We use that injection code with the HCPCS code routinely. And, you should have a set reimbursement / fee schedule per payer for both codes. Are you billing *any* other services with the Neulasta? (hydration, etc.)?
