Intrathecal Chemotherapy

I am needing help coding for intrathecal chemotherapy. Our oncologist administers the medication but does not insert the spinal catheter, it is performed by a different person. How would I go about coding for our physicians part of this?

Look at 96450 for administration. The notes mention the insertion codes that the other provider might use.

Would you put a modifier on it where all our physician does in administer the medication, I think anesthesia inserts the intrathecal catheter? The code 96450 includes the spinal puncture.
