19103 without imaging guidance

Hi,
My provider performed an automated vacuum assited percutaneous breast biopsy without imaging guidance. There isn't a CPT® code for this. Should we bill the straight 19103 (since we would bill for the guidance using another code anyway) a 19103-52 or an unlisted code?
