Looking for guidelines for billing Radiation Therapy

I need to gain some background on the guidelines for performing and billing Radiation Therapy in a free standing cancer clinic. Is Rad therapy paid under OPPS? What are the guidelines for billing under a Provider that may be a Medical Oncologist versus the Rad Onc Provider who may not be on site that day?
