Video EEG coding

I am curious as to whether others would permit combining a video eeg code
(95951) with a regular EEG (95916).
-I have a group of neurologists that insist that the two codes can be used together for the same study, with the regular EEG code used as 'a baseline' then combined
with the 24 hour video eeg.

-to my reading, these codes cannot be combined for the same study. The 95951 is
the code for the entire study-and encompasses the reading of the 1st hour.

Video EEG coding

This is an interesting question and we are also looking at reimbursment for the physician who views video and EEG recording. In checking CCI I find that 95812 and 95813 are bundled with a (1) indicator with 95951. I do not see that 95816,95819 or 95822 have bundling edits with 95951.
I am still hesitant to bill 95951 with 95816-95822 but cannot find any documentation from a reliable source-CMS or other carrier, that says video is included in 95816-95822.
Can anyone add some clarification for us?
Thank You
Louise
