Coronary Sinus Catheter placement
My anesthesiologist placed a coronary sinus catheter during an atrial valve replacement. Can someone please guide me in the right direction for a CPT code. I am looking at 36012, 37799 OR 93501. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

Some physicians use 36013 which is Introduction catheter into the right heart or main pulmonary artery, others say it is an unlisted code, majority, (37799). So it seems there are differing opinions amont physicians
If one goes by the AMA mandate not to code "close" but not exactly, I recommend unlisted until the AMA publishes otherwise to contradict that.
