Tc & 26 modifier

Our office is doing stress test in the office. Doctor is in contract with another facility to use the equipment, pay the tech, and pay the radiologist to read the exam. Do i bill the charges with any of these modifiers? Lost!

re: TC & 26 MODIFIER

If, the office is subcontracting out all the work and nobody else is billing for it you can bill global with no mods. Usually, if the office is inside the actual hospital/clinic you bill the 26 and the hosp bills the TC. If, you're only performing the test and doing nothing else then you bill the TC. This would mean another provider is going to bill for mod26 reading. You can't bill for the test at all if other providers are going to bill for the TC and 26.
