Zero-P Implant - Synthes HELP!!

I am trying to get clarification on this implant and how it should be billed when used in an ACDF. Everything that I have come across states that the Zero-P is a stand-alone and should be billed using 22851. My physician and the vendor states that they changed it and it is now a stand-alone and should be billed with 22851 & 22845.

Anyone have any insight and I'm starting to think I'm loosing my mind :):)

I was taught that 22845 = plates and screws and CPT® 22851 is for cages. If you google the device you are talking about it's more related to CPT® 22845- we use that same one and the plate does come apart.
