OMT/office visit

We are getting the office call denied (bundled) when billed with OMT. When the patient comes in with like neck pain and low back pain we charge an office visit with modifier 25 and the appropriate diagnosis code(s). Dr. will do a manipulation, so we will charge a manipulation and attach the sprain codes to the manipulation.
