PICC Line insertion

I work for a general surgeon office which is owned by the local hospital. We sometimes do PICC lines on inpatients in the office. The reason the patient is brought downstairs is because there is no portable ultrasound on the floor and we have one in the office making it easier on the patient and the physicians.

How do I bill for the insertion and get reimbursed?

The supplies are charged on the floor.

Thanks
