Venipuncture for multiple draws

What is the correct CPT code for multiple draws done during a Glucagon StimTest ( 1 baseline and 8 timed draws)? Is it 36415X9 or, 36592 x9. Other procedures involved would be the IV hookup 3600-59x1, the insert tray A4354x1, IM injection 96372x1(specifiy drug). Also - whichever it is; 36415 or 36952 - is it acceptable to bill for multiple draws? In a time-crunch - can anyone help?
