Missed AB at 14 - 18 wks

We have a Ob patient with fetal demise at 18 wks by dates and 14 wks by size.
Would it be appropriate to bill a delivery only 59409 on such an early fetus?
The patient received cytotec for cervical ripening and then had dilatation and evacuation of the fetus. I was looking at 59821. Can anyone help me ???

The 59821 is correct since the treatment was done by D&E. 59409 would be for "normal" vag delivery. You can also bill the appropriate antepartum care code depending on the number of "routine" OB visits the patient had prior to diagnosing the MA.
