debridement of osteomyelitis metatarsal

Any imput would be greatly appreciated ,
Doc. dictated I used a sagittal saw blade to remove bone from undersurface of her foot leaving only healthy bone behind, I then used a scalpel to perform a aggressive debridement of the ulcer and soft tissues. I'm conflicted between 28122 vs. 28104 and also if I can capture 11044 for the debridement.
