transfer into office for antepartum care and delivery

patient confirmed at 7-9 weeks pregnant at one practice and decides to transfer to another practice, paid their copay, and H&P done at that office. To the new office, can they do their own H&P, continue care for the global/delivery? We are running into the problem of when to start the prenatal flow if the patient transfers to us very early on. I know you can't start the flow on the same day as H&P but would we be able to do another confirmation and then start the flow at a later date?
